3) For warranty service, the Certificate of Warranty & Invoice with clear and un-altered date is necessary.
4) The Warranty is for main device and shall not apply to power adaptor, cables, memory, other peripheral or consumable parts or other connected devices.
5) Installation, adjustment or software services are not included in the Warranty.
6) Our company is not responsible for any other commitment of supplier/manufacturer or reseller other than those set out herein.
7) The transportation charge shall be paid by consumer.
8) The Warranty covers faults in manufacture or material & does not cover damage caused through natural disaster, strike, fire, accident, fall, chemical material, liquids, wear & tear, voltage fluctuation or shock, damage due to lack of earth or UPS, induct voltage, connecting/disconnecting plugs to the power on device, misuse, neglect, incorrect adjustment or repairs by a person not authorized by us, damage caused through installation, disassembly, modifications, or use in an improper manner or inconsistent with the technical &/or safety standards or damage occurred during transit to or from the purchaser.
9) If repairing or replacing parts is impossible, we replace the device with a new one and if this model is discontinued: we replace with higher model after receipt of the difference in value between that of the original model and the current model.
10) If importation of parts or device is necessary: the repairing or replacing time may be increased due to importation period & its limitations.
11) By receiving the Certificate of Warranty the purchaser accepts the Terms & Conditions and receives the goods in physical good condition with warranty hologram sticker.
12) The Certificate of Warranty is for receiving warranty service only and has no value for any other purposes.
Please keep the Certificate of Warranty and the Invoice until expiry date of the Warrantee Period, because making duplicate is impossible.
